I realized how much of a game-changer nutrition can be for our health, and that sparked my passion for helping others through dietary science.

With my degree in Nutrition Science from the University of Southern Indiana, I’ve focused on areas like:

  • Body Composition: Helping people maintain muscle and lose fat.

  • Sports Nutrition: Supporting athletes at all levels, from middle school to the pros.

  • Hormonal and Functional Health: Addressing weight loss challenges tied to hormonal imbalances.

  • Muscle and Weight Gain: Boosting athletic performance, aiding recovery, and preventing bone density loss.

My approach is all about making sustainable, realistic lifestyle changes while still enjoying life. I believe that balance is the key to long-term success in health and wellness.

The most rewarding aspect of my work is seeing clients transform their lives, gaining not only health but also confidence and happiness. It’s about showing that nutrition is manageable and not something to fear.

Living My Philosophy

As a follower of Christ, I am called to be more than a nutrition coach. I hope to create a space that supports and uplifts people in their journey to a healthier version of themselves. It's not just about weight; it's about feeling your best so you are able to enjoy life and fulfill your life's purpose!

Personal Passions

When not devising nutrition plans, I'm likely enjoying the outdoors, exploring new coffee shops, or traveling with my husband, Cory. I cherish spending time with our golden retriever, Daisy, and being a devoted aunt to our niece and nephew.
